I am very excited to announce the launch of the Individual IEP Data Collection Tool that is now available for immediate download. I created this file in conjunction with an Excel tech expert with the goal of creating an easy way for teachers/ parents to collect information on student work and be able to graph that information easily
Intended for Teachers/ ABA therapists working with children with disabilities .
How it works:
Start with my simple free formatted word document for collecting goal information click here: (IEP data collection document ), with this document the teacher/assistant/therapist can write in the individual’s goals (from the IEP) and hand write in the trials/successes on those goals through out the week.
Here is an example:
At the end of the week, open the above excel file and input those trials/successes and graph that data for the week.
And receive this easily to show your progress for the week easy to print and save:
Do this across 9 week periods and create easy to understand graphs with full summaries like this for all your goals:
